Door Overview

Single-leaf steel fire-rated door with a 60-minute fire resistance rating, dimensions 1.100 × 2.050 mm, and standard RAL 7035 – Light Grey finish.

General Information

Single-leaf fire-rated doors are available with leaf widths of 800 mm, 900 mm, 1.000 mm, 1.100 mm, 1.200 mm, and 1.350 mm, as well as heights of 2.050 mm or 2.150 mm. Other dimensions and RAL colours are available upon request.

The door has been tested for fire resistance in accordance with the European standard EN 1634-1. Testing was carried out by CSI, an internationally accredited body for the testing and certification of fire-rated doors.

Technical Specifications

The door leaf has an overall thickness of 60 mm. The outer faces are manufactured from two 0.8 mm steel sheets, while the core is filled with a high-density, non-combustible insulating material.

• Each door is supplied with installation instructions, maintenance instructions, and the corresponding certificate.
• The stated dimensions refer to the structural opening dimensions, measured from wall to wall.
• The door is reversible and can be installed for left- or right-hand opening.
