Door Overview

Double-leaf steel fire-rated door with a 60-minute fire resistance rating, dimensions (1000 + 1000) × 2.150 mm, and standard RAL 7035 – Light Grey finish.

General Information

Double-leaf fire-rated doors are available in the following standard sizes: (900 + 500) mm, (1.000 + 500) mm, (800 + 800) mm, (900 + 900) mm, and (1.000 + 1.000) mm, with heights of 2.050 mm or 2.150 mm. Custom dimensions and other RAL colours are available upon request.

The door is supplied with a three-sided steel frame and delivered unassembled. An integrated door coordinator ensures the correct closing sequence of the door leaves.

The door has been tested for fire resistance in accordance with the European standard EN 1634-1. Testing was carried out by CSI, an internationally accredited body for the testing of fire-rated doors.

Technical Specifications

Each door leaf has an overall thickness of 60 mm. The outer faces are manufactured from two 0.8 mm steel sheets, while the core is filled with a high-density, non-combustible insulating material.

• The stated dimensions refer to the structural opening dimensions, measured from wall to wall.
• The door is reversible and can be installed for left- or right-hand opening.
• The door is supplied unassembled.
