Albkos Safety provides professional design, installation, testing, commissioning, inspection, servicing and maintenance of fire detection, fire alarm and automatic fire suppression systems for businesses, public institutions and industrial facilities throughout Kosovo.

Our services are carried out in accordance with Law No. 08/L-261 on Fire Protection, applicable secondary legislation and the relevant technical standards. Fire detection and fire alarm systems are designed, installed and maintained in accordance with the applicable requirements of the EN 54 series, while automatic fire suppression systems are implemented in accordance with the applicable standards for the selected suppression technology, extinguishing agent and fire risk.

These active fire protection systems provide early fire detection, timely warning and automatic fire suppression, helping protect people, critical assets, business continuity and property.

Our Fire Protection System Solutions

We provide tailored fire protection solutions based on the characteristics of each facility, the identified fire hazards and the technical requirements of every project.

• Fire Detection and Fire Alarm Systems
  Design, installation, testing and maintenance of addressable and conventional fire detection and alarm systems, including smoke detectors, heat detectors, manual call points, sounders, visual alarm devices and fire alarm control panels, in accordance with the applicable requirements of the EN 54 series.
• Commercial Kitchen Fire Suppression Systems
  Design, installation, testing and maintenance of fixed fire suppression systems for commercial cooking equipment, kitchen hoods, filters, exhaust ducts and plenums in accordance with EN 17446:2021+A1:2024 and the manufacturer's certified system requirements.
• HFC-227ea Fire Suppression Systems
  Design, installation, testing and maintenance of clean agent fire suppression systems for server rooms, electrical installations, archives and critical technical facilities in accordance with EN 15004-1 and ISO 14520-9.
• FK-5-1-12 Fire Suppression Systems
  Design, installation, testing and maintenance of clean agent systems protecting data centres, telecommunications rooms, museums, archives and other high-value assets in accordance with EN 15004-1, the applicable part of the EN 15004 series and ISO 14520-5.
• Inert Gas Fire Suppression Systems (IG-01, IG-100, IG-55 and IG-541)
  Design, installation, testing and maintenance of inert gas suppression systems in accordance with EN 15004-1 and the applicable parts of the ISO 14520 series, depending on the extinguishing agent used.
• Carbon Dioxide (CO₂) Fire Suppression Systems
  Design, installation and maintenance of carbon dioxide fire suppression systems for industrial processes, machinery and enclosed hazards in accordance with ISO 6183:2022, including the implementation of the required personnel safety measures.
• Condensed Aerosol Fire Suppression Systems
  Design, installation and maintenance of condensed aerosol fire suppression systems in accordance with EN 15276-1:2019 and EN 15276-2:2019.

Room Integrity Testing

We perform Room Integrity Testing (Door Fan Testing) for total flooding fire suppression systems to evaluate enclosure leakage and verify whether the protected room can maintain the design concentration of the extinguishing agent for the required retention time.

• Non-Discharge Testing
  The integrity test is carried out without discharging the extinguishing agent and is suitable for HFC-227ea, FK-5-1-12 and inert gas fire suppression systems.
• Retention Time Assessment
  The test determines whether the enclosure can maintain the required extinguishing agent concentration for the design hold time specified by the applicable standard and system design.
• Leakage Detection
  The results help identify excessive leakage paths and recommend corrective actions before commissioning or during periodic inspection and maintenance.

Commissioning and Technical Documentation

Following installation, inspection or testing, we prepare the appropriate technical documentation, including commissioning reports, test reports, inspection records and recommendations for corrective actions, in accordance with the project specifications and applicable standards.
