Application

Suitable for installation in residential kitchens with gas cookers, boiler rooms with natural gas or LPG systems, rooms containing gas cylinders, meters, tanks, and pipelines, garages with LPG-equipped vehicles, school chemistry and physics laboratories, camper vans and caravans, boats and motor yachts.

Installation

For natural gas (methane, LNG), install 15–30 cm below the ceiling and not more than 6 meters from the potential leak source.

For propane–butane (LPG), install 15–30 cm above the floor and not more than 4 meters from the potential leak source.

Construction and operation

The device provides audible and visual alarm signaling when gas concentration reaches the alarm threshold. It also sends an electrical impulse to a connected 12V actuator and can function as a signal controller for an external shut-off valve, depending on the installation setup.

The wired power supply ensures uninterrupted operation without the need for battery replacement, making the detector suitable for permanent installation.
