UL Listed Kitchen Fire Suppression System

UL Listed kitchen fire suppression system designed for commercial cooking areas, providing fire protection for cooking appliances, hoods, plenums and ducts. The system uses Wet Chemical extinguishing agent specifically developed for grease-laden fires associated with cooking operations.

The extinguishing agent interrupts the chemical chain reaction of combustion and is discharged as a very fine mist to extinguish the fire and cool the oil below its auto-ignition temperature. The system can activate automatically upon fire detection or manually through a remote manual pull station positioned at the egress point from the hazard area.
